As a guy already stated, Knight Online had the best freaking incredible PvP any game has ever had. I've never found a game with that kind of PvP, all other games fail in comparison and none seems to feel the void left by KO.

I´m sorry, but in massive or open pvp you forgot to mention Knight Online, might have at this point crapy graphics, but it has one of the greatest Pvp systems of all times.
