when i try to install the direct x 0.9 it says that a file that is required to install is not trusted how ca i get around this?

i download the gam and install it fine but when i click on theicon on the dsktop it just say this application has ailed due to thsfile or something being missing re-installing may solv the problem...ive re instaleld it lke 3 times now...
