Probably many of them were already on that server before 2.0.

Thank you very much for the suggestions everyone. I'll start with the simplest (and cheapest) solution first and see if that helps. I bought a $3 usb extension from amazon and I'll see how well that works. If it doesn't, I'll try to buy a better …
I don't like it. SWTOR has been doing the same thing for a while, and for me, it really cheapened the experience and eventually made me quit playing (it wasn't just that alone that made me quit).
I guess people will say that that is the price o…
Serious question, how many hours a day do you play? 5 50s? Geez, that's a lot of gaming hours...
And if you play that many hours, you're probably going to want a sandbox game, not a themepark like this one. You'll never, ever find a themepark…
First off, I'm not 50 yet, so I don't have all the abilities yet. That said, healing on whm is very similar to most mmos including wow. So far I have:
Cure - small heal (efficient, procs free cure 2)
Cure 2 - big heal (less efficient)

Strange, I've been playing since beta 4, and I'm still only level 36. Probably because I don't run around grinding fates all day like content locust do. Lots of people are leveling slowly in this game. I can't deny that the game levels faster tha…
Dungeons are great as they are. Why would I want to grind dungeons nonstop anyways?
Everything in the game is fun if taken in moderation. Do a few dungeons, do a few fates, craft a bit, main storyline for a while. There's no reason to rush t…

In short, its integral to all ongoing progression.
Great read. I never thought of…

I played the other day and I actually thought that it's starting to show its age. In no way do I mean that the graphics are bad by any means, just probably not the same caliber as some more modern MMOs. But yeah, it is still aging quite well.

While I agree that Darkfall isn't what a lot of people class a sandbox to be.. you have to also admit that it also isn't like the themepark games. So.. saying it's either is wrong. We nee…
The payment model has very little to do in how great a game is. We can all think of fantastic p2p games, just as we can all think of very poor ones. Similarly, we can all point to great f2p games just as we can point to poor ones. It's all in how…
Remember, people don't just give money for nothing either. He was offering some very neat exclusive stuff for the higher tiers. But also, like others have said, I'm sure that he's invested a lot of his own money as well. Kickstarter is a way to g…
