I'm currently in the military and have recently gotten back from Iraq. One of the biggest things that I missed besides the normal mundane things ppl say is gaming. I really had the itch to play WoW, WAR, AoC. Today I rest my weary helmet in Georgia where Darkfall is the name of my game.

I find it hard that comments were pouring in for 'trypophobia'. Honestly, we've become a much weaker society. Everything triggers something for somebody. We don't need to regress to the 40s mentalit…
I haven't tried it yet, but I have seen other examples where character creation is something that they unveil close to launch. During development they sometimes use a place holder. I don't know if that's the case, I've just seen it happen before.

This was my kickstarter lesson game. I've backed a few games before pathfinder, and a few games after. This was the one game where I thought, "Oh it's pathfinder, it's built on a solid IP" and didn't vet it properly. It was…
This is one of those cases where I truly am surprised that the game lasted as long as it did. People predict it about every game and when something finally sticks, they cry 'I told you so' Those predictions kinda lose potency after a while for me.…
Here's the thing IMO. These reviews seem to suffer the same as the community. There is a kind of hive mind mentality. When the community as a whole, the reviews tend to follow. They also tend to want to out do each other. One is somewhat is som…
I'm one of those who tried and was scared away from being overwhelmed at the beginning. Like most games, it's kinda daunting with new ui, symbols, etc. I've come to expect the feeling of ' WTF is going on.. ok, let's figure this out'. For some rea…
I agree with you. There is a lot of choice...from AAA to niche. People have a bubble around themselves and think that what they like or don't like is fact when it's only opinion or unyielding dogmatic beliefs. It's the same in politics.

Meh... I would say its to niche to survive for to long.
Still, you dont need thousands of players to keep a game active and alive so maybe it will be enough
Niche is nor a bad thing. There are a lot of niche games out…

If nothing else it is actually released.
Credit where credit is due I guess.
It is definitely not a given. So, yea, they beat more than a few other contenders.

Good luck Crowfall. Ignore the Nay sayers, generally, they say nothing good about any game. I'm looking forward to giving it a go....in a few days to let a bit of launch drama die down. See you in ga…

It's kinda hard to find anything like minecraft that looks more realistic. Most of the games mentioned by posters are not minecraft and not substitutes tbh. There are a couple other games mincraft like, but once again you get into the cartoony loo…
My go to is Davros. However, there are a lot of Who fans out there and I rarely get it. Then Qbert, rarely get it, Anubis, rarely get it.....after a few more goes, I get mad as hell and get more obscure and still have the same result...'name alrea…
I played hearthstone bfor a good bit. Normally, I love expansions bfor games (when done well). Hearthstone's expansions are fine (mostly) but I just got tired of trying to keep up. I seemed to get my stride with one expansion, and it seemed like …
For all the complaints and jokes, at least they seem to be working hard to update and improve the game. I hope it works for those who play it and who might potentially jump in. It won't be me, I'm getting ready to jump into Crowfall (more jokes an…
