I chose Fantasy, but specifically I'd like to see a Mythology based MMO. It could be Norse (preferably), Celtic, Ancient Greek, Anciet Egyptian...anything...just as long as it remains true to the actual Mythology of the Culture(s) used.

I consider an MMO successful as long as it continues to make profit...no matter how much profit it is...as long as it doesnt lose it's at least somewhat successful.
