DMKano is right though. The issue isn't really about how long it takes to kill things at Sausans - it's about how many people are at Sausans. There's never been enough incentive for high level/AP people to go elsewhere.

The gui navigation is already a chore on PC, cant wait to see how they do it on consoles. I am ready for lulz
Good point. My fear though is that whatever console mods they make will find their way back to the pc versio…

It would be nice if we could just fly without these lame requirements at all.
Honestly, in Legion with the whistle, how close the flymasters are packed together and how small the area is, I…

Got this game this weekend and I just do not understand what everyone is raving about. Sure it looks pretty, but the gameplay is not that great so far. I completed a bunch of quests for the Black…
I honestly didn't like most of those filter effects. The blur made me feel like I was going blind. Also, I thought Pearl Abyss was tackling performance first, and contracting a Japanese company to help with that.
You can eliminate a lot of the pop-in by changing your graphics settings to "high end mode". Frame rates, however, are not good, especially in cities. And since the server merge, performance seems to have deteriorated. I sometimes get stuttering …

This post wasn't a bash on Math, it was a bash on how MMORPG's have been come just simply "MMO"s" because the role playing game part has been traded for stat and number crunching.. it's less about playing a…

It's much the same feeling I get from WoW these days -- we're essentially the leader of Alliance & Horde forces...how much further can the story go before there's nowhere left to go and nothing left to conquer.

I tried the Korean beta recently, and while the combat wasn't horrible, it was definitely very "blah". I think they need…

Gotta love the "it doesn't affect how I play" defense. "Slow" people are why publishers/developers do this stuff and will keep doing this stuff.

Nice! Was never a fan of the homogenization of the archer classes way back when (if I'm remembering correctly). If they were ever able to do another graphics overhaul (-especially- to the UI), I'd be back in a heartbeat. I see an old game with muc…
Such wide gear disparity in a pvp-oriented game is what bothers me. And yes, the pvp should be a lot more meaningful as well. But there's also a lot I really like about the game. I've even tamed the worst of the pop-in (or gotten used to it).

It depends. If their loop is long enough then no, it's not a problem. However Arenanet and Daum both made the same mistake. They put a very vocal NPC on a short loop near locations that players are ap…

Yep. For those that haven't heard, in the Western version, you automatically flag for pvp at level 45. In the East, you have to do this quest first, and pvp becomes open at 50. Given that end-game gear enhancement gives so great an edge, the Easte…
