I tend to always be right about my area of specialization. I like to do one thing at a time and do it right the first time. My steady and stable approach to things makes me sensitive to destructive critisizm. I tend to be reserved and cautious. I am consistent and careful, but I seldom take risks or try new things. I do not like speaking to large crowds, but I will work hard behind the scenes to help groups stay on track. I am motivated by opportunities to serve others and to do things correctly.
