How can I learn Adobe Photoshop 7.0?

I now have adobe photoshop 7.0 but I have no idea how to use it.  I've heard great things about it so I got it like a week ago.  Does anyone know how I can learn to use it?imageimage

none other than Adobes Classroom in a book.  Great learning tool.  Depending on where you get it and if its new or used, expect to pay between $25-40 US.  Walden Books and all those book stores in the malls usually sell it in the computer section.

heres a link to the book:

This is about the only link I could find

    http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/design/graphics/tutorials/tutorial1.html

gives the general basics.  Also look in the help files in photoshop, they have some pretty decent tutorials as well.

By the way I have an old photoshop 6.0 book.  Basically 6 and 7 are the same with a few minor differences such as a couple new tools in 7 and the arrangement of the tools in the toolbar are somewhat different but overall you could probably learn something from it.  I'm not sure if I have the cd with the lessons on it but I think you can download them from adobe.  Anyways if you want it I can ship it to ya (free of charge and I can be nice and pay shipping for ya image)

Here's some online tutorials. Not too hard to find if you spend a couple minutes on a search engine.

Well one way to get info on using Photoshop is kazaa and look for it in the documents area.

Or just start with a picture and mess it up. Now a couple of plug-ins for it that are nice are Eyecandy 4000 and www.flamingpear.com. There was another one but can't recall it. On friends comp. right now.
