Any recommendations??

aside from the upcoming AoC and warhammer games, anyone know of a good game out now? or a game they can strongly recommend? Im asking because free trial after free trial i cant seem to find a decent game to play. Paying or free its been tough to find one thats good to me.

what im looking for..



1.a game that allows some customization, nothing all fancy but atleast some options..

(not like mythwar where you look the same for like 100 lvls)



2.a talkative community... alot of games i played were somewhat quiet.. it sucks since i have more fun playing with others..

feel free to message me if you play a kickass game and willing to show me around... cov had an awsome community but its been dieing lately so im leaving it..



3.a game that doesnt have the point and click move system.. please aswd....



4.decent graphics.. no square heads.. dont care if its 2d or not



5.pvp is always nice, but its better when its fair



6. tried many of the free games out that are high on the rating list, even the trials..





if you can recommend a few or even just one, thanks you may have ended this pain called boredom.. much thanks in advance!

Give Vanguard a spin.  There are a lot of threads on this site with people asking for buddy keys, and not many of them seem to be scoring one, so it would seem that your odds of going in that direction are rather slim.  I, personally, think it would be worth it to spend the $40 and just give the 30 day trial a spin.  But, ultimately it comes down to the type of game you like.

As far as PvP goes in VG, there are two PvP rulesets right now.  There is a Free For All server where you can kill anybody, as well as a Team server where the races are split down the middle.  As far as rewards for PvP goes, there is nothing aside from personal enjoyment at this point, but, from what I understand, Sigil is planning to implement something close to WoW's honor system soonish.  I, personally, have really high hopes for their PvP rewards.  Diplomacy in the game has a huge affect on cities, and can range from the NPC population swelling and declining, to spawning NPCs that raid the city, etc.  I don't see why PvP couldn't have some sort of outcome like that in the future.  They could really go nuts with PvP in Vanguard, but that's just me speculating.

In any case, I think it's worth giving a spin, whether you can get a buddy key or not.

Vanguard. I'm really enjoying it atm, especially the FFA PVP system (dedicated server). There is currently 20% coin looting and a chance of durability hit on defeat (in PVP). Hopefully they will add some form of item looting in the future as it's very easy just to bank your coins.



It may be worthwhile looking into, though be cautious if you have an older pc.

definitly will look into it once all those glitches been fixed, even the chick at best buy told me the game had too much bugs, eh ill wait till its more mature to pay $40 for it, thanks though
