pay methods and member ship question

I was kinda wondering if memberships already are activated and if ppl can already pay by phone?

When i clicked on those payment options it just gave blanks behind the options , so not implemented yet ?

    Someone in world chat told me its not in europe , but they might ad europe servers in the future , so  if thats the case we might get it  in europe also

    So europe players can only hope i guess :P

     

    (this is100% unconfirmed  just what i heard,  no clue  if they ever will add europe servers)

    1)  Billing is live, so you can become a member today.



    2)  They are looking at adding European servers in the future.



    3)  The current payment options are:

    • Credit/Debit Card
    • NCSoft Game Time cards (available in all major game retailers, even in Europe)
    • Surfpin pay-by-phone
      • Available in Europ, Asia and US (I'm not sure about all countries in Europe, however)
