Avatar Upload Problem

Hi, I'm new and just tried to upload an avatar and got a lot of errors. 
NVM, I did get errors when uploading, however, I just figured out how to display my avatar.. My next question is, how come the buttons below are cut off from view?

I'm still having trouble trying to figure it out. I keep getting the same message. Image cr exception(loadfailed 140130)
so what am I doing wrong?

If you are talking about the Reply buttons and all that, it's because you are probably running it on an old version of Internet Explorer. Try upgrading to IE7, and it should work fine.
