Game update to version 11

I have been playing PW for about a week with the english patch installed. Today I have to update to game version 11 and once I get into the game all the npc, mob names are asian charatcers. Also the equip in my inventory, equipped or not, has no name. I tried to re-install the english patch but I get an error and the game closes. please give any help if you can.

ok figured out how to get the english names back in for npc, mobs, quests and gear. Just copy the data and info folders from the english patch and overwrite them in your PW folder. Still havent figured out how to get the skill names back but i am working on it. If anyone figures that out please let me know. Thx in advance
