I started playing this game, I’m not sure if it’s a F2P or what.  The character generation is cool, looks like a good number of options.  I only played for a bit and I can’t say anything bad about it, can’t say anything good.  I’ll keep an eye on this one.

    Same feel here

Nothing bad ... but nothing REALLY good either

    It's decent game.

hate to say it but tales of pirates is still a better game.

Pirates of the burning sea puts this poorly done game to shame.

it will only last as long as the 5yr old crowd wants to play a pirate.

    o.O WTF!?

Mmm interesting... I found PotBS to be a badly implemented game with piss poor mechanics in many areas and a total lack of immersion. It had good graphics and decent sea combat with a nice economy system but other than that it just felt... empty. So I guess to each their own. The things I like about this game is that my kids can play it with me and enjoy it. PotBS isn't exactly 'family friendly' and totally lacks any significant storyline though they appear to have been working on that during final stages of open beta.
