Rohan f2p cash shop?

so far i only heard it's gonna be f2p with cash shop items still not sure if thats true but i dont think its gonna be p2p.

In Japan it is Now F2P with a cash shop on the min website (where I have spent more then i needed ) but it is cool becase with the cash shop you can buy stones to help lv up you skills to lv 7 which they last for over an hour as well as pets I got a monkey who picks up all my drops from monsters, but when your skillz are on lv 6 they last for about 30 min. you can but the stones from players in game from 1.9-2.3 M. Cron which takes a long time to get at a low lv seeing as how the monsters dont drop any kind of money im killing lv 60 + and getting les the 1000 per killnow I just stated a new cher. and they added a training ground which i get to lv 11 and walk out with 60k in cron plus lv 14 enchanted armor lv down to lv 9 or so depending on when I get the pieces from lv 5 snd 12 to combine the lv & monsters in there drop more then the lv 60+ in the game
