Hi guys,

I just wanted to know which edition of Warcraft you will buy? The "normal" edition or the collector's edition?

I personally never buy a collector's edition.  I think it's just a cd with a different cover for $20 more.  However, I've known people to have bought it because it looked "cool".  You can do whatever you want.  If your a collector, go ahead, buy it.  If you are just looking for the game, buy the game for less money than the collector's edition.

Blizzards collecters addition are just the game a book of concept art maybe a shirt and a poster. I would buy it if the collecters was like a few bucks extra like some games. But theres no point in buying a collectors edition.

Umm... well I would buy the collectors edition as the uo is very expensive and worth alot now.

I would buy the normal version for $10 less, then spend the $10 on monthly fee.

Hopefully thats not more than $10 a month lol.

Ya, but probably cause no one bought it when it came out, so its in high demand now. Every single Blizzard fan boy is going to buy this collector's edition, so I doubt it will ever be worth anything. You never know though.

I actually preordered the collecters edition back when they had a special sale for it when it was only $50.

It'll probably come with a map, muic CD, maybe a guide, artwork book and also they said they'll have a virtual item in game for anyone that has the collector's edition. I'm guessing it'll probably just be a visual only item or something but nice none the less.

I am buying the most inexpensive. Which will be the normal edition unless some strange miracle of life happens before release. Well, I take that back, I will buy the vopy closest to an open register just so I can pay then get home and play as soon as possible.

Depends on if I have any gift cards to stores that sell WoW.  If I have a good amount, I might spring for the special edition.  If not, just going with the normal.  I could care less if I got all the extra crap that comes with it.

On second thought, I will probably buy the normal, even if I have gift cards, less money spent on the game=more money I have to spend on montly fees.

Depends whats going to be in the collectors set, if its something like a poster or a shirt its not worth buying. If it has something cool like a DVD of making of WoW or something like that i would go out and buy the collertors.
