A North American open beta of a Korean game called mabinogi has more innovative content than the CU and NGE combined... and thats sad... considering they don't have everything unlocked for us yet.

Edit: Then again.... i guess swg has been in beta for awhile hasn't it? :P lawl.... sorry had to.

    Hmm, I read skill based system!!

    Do you have any first impressions of this game? Is it another typical Korean super grind game?

    I should perhaps try it myself, but then I'm so tired of spending all this time to try to find a replacement for pre-CU SWG.

    I honosty wonder if there are any VETS that finds a game like Mabinogo appealing, if so? is it  due to it's feature's? I mean i bet there are plenty of games out there that might have very nice or great feature's, but is this all people are looking for, regardless how a game looks?.....afcourse i love my feature's to work properly but when i look at a game that looks like Mabinogi i kinda feel OLD. And maybe it's just that...me getting old

    I don't really find the prospect of a Korean grindfest very appealing.

    You'll have to forgive me. I was merely trying to point out that this game has more gameplay in it than swg currently does.. yes it is skill based... but I do have to warn that it is a bit of a grindfest... but it seems to be more about community.. i dunno youll have to see for yourself..

    the gameplay(combat, realism like making fire arrrows by being by a fire, chopping trees for wood, etc) is definately a step in the right direction.. but its missing the sandbox feel and feels a bit linear...

    my point was to point something out better than swg... even on the opposite spectrum really..

    I suggest people try it out, if only to observe changes in gameplay with games nowadays..
