hey do you know what would be the most funnest thing to do is playing multiplayer right? and the max i had ever seen was like 64players but that is alot.. But imagine playing a shooter type game like cod or bf or whatever comes to your mind as a good shooter type game... wouldent it be crazy to play multi player with 1000+ people on one battle field 500 on either side at war wouldent that be the most pulse pounding fun you would ever find and i had never heard of anyone doing anything like this.. but this would cost alot of money so i think a big company should do something like this... like bungie or ea.....they create a game specificly made for this and this only and make it like a 1 time thing like once a month or a year? i think it would make alot of money and it would bring a new gaming xp for everyone but sadly one could only hope plz post and tell me what you think.. sorry im not the best with explanations but bear with me ok

    You know that idea is actually pretty good imo.  You should get your idea exposed and hopefully some game dev will like it and maybe one day...

    Well, I think the closest thing to this is WWII Online, although it is certainly not 1000+, it is a war of many people all together.  Your biggest problem would be finding a server to fit that.

    There are already games like that, WWII Online, Planetside and maybe more.

    yup planetside is exactly like that, once you learn to read the messenger, you'll find some epic battles.

    Holy jesus that would be amazing. There should be a Braveheart game where two sides just SLAM into eachother and start hackin away. Great movie scene = great game scene

     Yeah Planetside with over 500 to a map was a sight to behold,

    In the first months of Planetside it was not uncommon to have battles that would number 500+vs500+ players.   Seriously...it wasn't until way later did they cap the continents to like 300 a piece.  That means 600 people battling it out on one continent.   The battles were intense.  Unlike any otehr online game you can ever imagine.
