Difference between $5 and game.

What's the diff. between the game key that you get to get the early access client and the mammoth, etc., and the actual retail game that you buy when it comes out? If you have the client than can't you just buy game time instead of paying 50 dollars for the game?

you need a Retail game serial number if you want to subscribe beyond 05/27
