Preorder Question, Just Bare With Me

 I say just bare with my because im sure its been asked before, but im too lazy to check. Sorry. Quick question however, my brother recently passed away and he placed 3 PO on the game. 2 collectors 1 regular. To get the keys for the game however, what do i need to do? Do i go to the store to get the games keys, or do i have to call them or something. Also, is it possible to cancel a preorder over the phone and not ask for money back? One of the preorder locations is far away.

If you don't need the money back, don't worry about it i'd say. Unless they are sending them to your house, i think the store would just sell them another costumer if you never came to pick them up. Sorry about your brother.

But if you want the games and you have the receipt you should be able to pick them up.
