Will either of these two comptuer run AOC and are they worth it?

i'm looking to play AoC and i need a new comp so i'm looking to buy a new one and i saw these two fairly cheap but not quiet sure if 1) they are worth it and 2) will they run AoC?

 

first set up:

Gaming Case with 500Watt PSU


AMD DUAL CORE 4800+ CPU


Western Digital 250GB SataII Harddisk


Hynix 1 x 2GB DDRII 800 Memory


Dual Layer DVD Burner



Gigabyte Motherboard

NVIDIA^® GeForce 6100 / nForce 430 chipset (? the hell is a chipset?)

 

2nd set up:

High Performance Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4 GHz CPU (Typically 20% Faster than Dual Core or 70% Faster than Single Core)

Huge 2 GB of Fast RAM
Huge 320GB Hard Disk
Dual Layer DVD Burner
ATI Radeon X2400 256MB Dedicated Graphics (Up to 768MB with Hypermemory)

i dont know whay hyper memory is or anything like that, i found both of these on ebay by the way, if anyone wants to refer me to a better site please feel free

 

 both are at about the 800$ AUD mark

hey google   can i run it  ant will give you a list of sites that will tell you if you can.

the only problem i se with the rigs would be ram and yo  the gfx cards.     cip sets are built into the mother board and leach ram from your system.   cips dont have stand alone ram   cards do.

I am not much of a computer expert myself, but I would say get the second one and buy a GeForce 8 series card for like around 70$.
