I'm only level 17 and i've heard it said a lot that once you get out of Tortage the whole game opens up and blah blah blah, but i was just wondering if the whole "night time / single player" concept was present throughout the game or if you left tortage and it became 100% public quests?
I'm just really enjoying the single player stuff and the stories and voice actors and am scared that it is going to suddenly stop and take my enjoyment with it.
I need to know!
Thanks

The main Destiny quest involving the Tattoo remains Voice acted all the way through. When you leave Tortage you will talk to a Destiny Quest NPC right away in your race's main city. Then he will tell you to come back at level 30. When you come back you will start another part of the quest and you will be encouraged to travel and participate in another pretty qwell scripted quest. After that you are told to then come back at 50. All the NPCs involved have voice acting and a few other NPCs on various other Quests do too. Honestly I was little worried about losing the voice acting post-Tortage but after getting through Tortage I was also a little tired of it and usually jusy skipped most of it after I read the text.
Don't worry about losing the really great stories though. Sure they are not as linked together as the Tortage quests are, but they are also not all "kill 10 of these" and "kill 20 of these" either. If you like to solo, I solo'd a good majority of them and only had to enlist help for the last few group-required quests in my low 30s. There was one group quest in particular where we were in Cimmeria and had to attack a camp of giant Viking like guys very high on a mountain-top. After killing a # of lower-level and mid-level guys as well as a commander or two we had to kill their leader. Problem was that the path to the leader went through quite a few more of these guys very close together. We wouldn't be able to kill them 1 or 2 at a time. So Instead we had to hide and jump from rock to rock 1-at-a-time right on the edge of the cliff. If any one of us mis-jumped we would have fallen to our deaths and the entire group would have to start all over from the bottom of the mountain. Luckily we all made it safely and took out the head bad guy without attracting any other enemies. Very cool for an MMORPG. Of course afterward many of us took the fastest way down heh.
No worries bud.
