Has to be WOW because it perfected the EQ format mmorpg and really waved goodbye to all that and now developers should be trying to make something different.

you need an option for "none of the above" because honestly... i dont think any of them are the best. i'm sick of all of them but would like to play one that i dont find annoying in some manner to the point where i dont want to play them.

So many have their pluses, but it just takes one major bad element to chuck the game and move on.
At this rate I'll probably have to look for a FPS game. The MMO world is grind/time sinks/groups/raids/PvP, and little else. Requires too much time to configure even the UI (spent half a night configuring the UI in EQII alone); too much system resources (despite the game looking like 2003 games); and if it's not bots keeping you company, it's but NPCs. I can get a free FPS, get my interaction, some thrills, and not be hit by ingame stores and subscriptions, too.

None of these are the "best". They are all good but none of them are the best to play right now imho..
I can only speak for my self when i say im tired of all of them.
World of Warcraft and that wont be changein anytime soon i can say that.

Requiem: bloodymare - its a really fun game, some bugs but its new. F2P. Good graphics, cool effects and fun gameplay.
