Am i too young for Age of Conan?

I am 13 years old, entering the 8th grade. I am wanting to play Age of Conan. I KNOW i can handle the blood, gore, violence, and language... my parents are just worried about the sexual content, and nudity.
I consider my self mature for my age, and my parents think so too.
I have played WoW, EQ2, SWG, GW, and LoTRO... Those are Teen rated games with only stuff like- use of alcohol, and tobacco, and violence.
I have also heard about the bugs, in the game, and i have decided i AM going to play, so dont make this an age of conan hate thread... please.

Contrary to popular belief nudity and sex isn't forced on you. Nudity is pretty much limited to noobs running around topless, and quite a few quests suggest sexual themes but it's nothing too intense. You should be fine.

If you have decided you are going to play regardless of what people say then there is not much people can say
But you are underage for an 18+ rated game, and if your parents don't mind you watching violence and tits then there shouldn't be a problem

If he's survived WoW's community he should be just fine in AoC's.
Baseball sucks. If he's already been playing many MMO's I'm sure his 'addiction' won't be any worse in AoC.

Actually he doesn't need his parents permission. He is at least 13 years old, he's 13, so he has no worries.

WoW doesnt have GMs wanting to cyber with people and men running around as women topless.
Baseball may suck to you but it's at least a physical activity....more physical than a 13 year old kid behind a computer clicking away on a MMO.
My son messes around with my WoW account but i disable the comm chat for him and he's limited to 30 minutes a day on it (if that).

and to let u kno, im not some fat kid that plays video games all day... i play baseball, basketball, football, and i play outside almost all day, i play MMOs on rainy days.
Again, more vilification of something that is natural, fun and enjoyed by most of the population. I don't understand the avoidance of sex/sexuality in the American public eye (except for the fact that sex is so heavily marketed to every demographic) yet violence is so... Applauded.
I'd say you're probably too young for the game, but that's my opinion. Your parents should be more worried about the violence than the breasts and sexual innuendos.

3 Step process
Step 1: Get your dad to take you to a porn shop, buy some magazines.
Step 2: Go to the fridge and take out leftover spaghetti and wipe the sauce and meat on to the pictures.
Step 3: Get some plastic sporks and knives and go run after squirrels while your covered with sauce, meat, and pictures of naked chicks paper mache'd all over your face.
You just had more fun than you ever will playing AoC.
i agree with every one else the the sexuality realy isnt that big of a deal in the game. this is more like an R rated movie (which if i remember being 13 was the best kind to watch).
I also agree that the game is a buggy, and has some problems. I play on average 2 days a week, for MAYBE 6 hours (days off) and it didn't take me too long to get into the high 50s, where i just kinda got bored with it.
It realy comes down to what your parents think you can handle, but the nudity realy shouldn't be the issue here. just make a male char and you will almost never have to worry about it.
also try and find a buddy pass and give it a week before you shell out the cash for it, i would give you one of mine, but they are half way around the world from me att

Wtf? well anyways, I'm 12 and i've played it. I had no problems if you don't want to deal with peoples crap, just ignore them. the nudity, well idk about that...

What can I chase after instead of squirrels? AoC made my brain into mush and I'm not smart enough to compromise.
Regardless of whether you think you're ready or not, the game's rated 18.
That means you shouldn't be playing it.
Not like anything anyone says here is going to change your mind anyway.
