Well....hate to say it but it's only fair. I was 100 percent righta bout warhammer. EPIC FAIL. Why? Well lets go back to basics people.
Only 3% of gamers have the equipment necessary to play the game. When I was posting it was like 5%, but now its 3% and with the comming economic depression that is going to hit america after this bill is passed, WAR will faila nd go out of business....AOC most likely as well.
So the formula for an mmorpg, that is not going to go out of business or slowly bleed to death over the course of a couple years, is to consider the consumer.

Mhhh I am not a WAR lover, in fact I think it is a poor game, but you make no sense.
WAR requirement system is much better than AoC, anyone with a decent machine can run it, you don t need the NASA computer like for AoC.

No... if you consider the dollar is cheaper, then that means that more people can RvR because AOC graphics are better than WoW and price of oil is lower. And you forgot that 3% is also the annual cost of living per percentage.
500k boxes sold last i checked. epic fail is abit over the top lmao. my 4 year old computer can run this game. your kidding yourself. why did i even answer this errrrrrr......i fell like a fish to one of thos super lures. not to mention you just completely insulted 97% of all gamers by calling thier computers garbage.

Ummm... I try to read and understand fully any thread I respond to. However I have to ask. What in the hell are you talking about? I do not understand 100% of the OP. I predict 95% of the readers of this post will not understand either, the other 5% will be drunk.
It's difficult to discuss if a machine can or not run a game. For some people 30fps means "runs great!" and for others means "it's unplayable".
Okay, take 5% of the total number of gamers, as an estimate. You do this by multiplying .05*X. Does that make sense?

Exactly, 30fps for me is unacceptable. I will not play war, I will not play AOC with my six month old alienware, because of this. I will only play those games which are optimized to run. WOW, Everquest, etc.

I tried to load up Aoc on my clunker, the monitor began to flicker and the words, FAIL FAIL FAIL began to scroll down the screen. Before long my ancient pc became the victim of a total system meltdown.

As in 99% of all cases the problem is sitting right behind the keyboard here...
I am seriously questioning now, if the peopel who posted above work for WAR. How can you sit there and accept a buggy release with no optimization. And please, don't compare this to wow not having server capacity for 2 million subscribers. That is acceptable. What isn't acceptable is the quality of play war offers with less than 200k subscribers.
In other words, why are they having such a tough time programming this game? Why does it run like crap? There are so few players per server it really should not run like a game made in the 80's. And i'm not just talking about fps, i'm also talking about gameplay here as in its broken.
hmmm im not sure about WAR i ahvnt even had a chance to play it yet, i am so upset that EA/Mythic didnt even test there AU/NZ copy of the disc to see that it was corrupt, now there is thousands of people who cant even play this game
