Some question regarding account CE / SE

Hello,

Some while ago i've entered my CE head start key and started playing till rank 15 if i remember correctly... I've recently not played it due RL circumstances. Anyway, my account is now frozen and i want to activate it with SE version of the game. Is this possible? Or do i need to make a new account? And IF i can upgrade it with SE, do i still get 30 days "free" ?

Oh and im from EU.

Yes you can do it...no it doesn't affect your 30 day trial that standard for all MMO games the 30 days is tied to the product key not the Pre order Keys.   (has no idea why people bother asking that its never changed for any game).  

The HE keys are not tied to your product key.
