Renew Subscription Problem

I am trying to resubscribe to CoH, but I don't have a renew button on my Manage Account page. I contacted coustomer support and haven't gotten an answer back yet. Is there a certain page I'm supposed to renew my account on like on the PlayNC website or something?

    Go to your ncsoft account page, renew from there. It will show towards the bottom of the page what games you were subscribed to , If it was beta or not ect. there is a button there near the games name to restart. Try going to http://www.PlayNc.com/ then account, then sign in <under account title> then set up your billing, and click the activate button under the heading ACTION of your CoH account.

    Strange, I quit CoH about 2 months back, but now I don't see anything as to activate or renew subscrition. The only things I see are my account information and Add Game. Looks like I have to get into it with PlayNC.
