Metal Black ... when is this slated for release in the NA region?

I've been very curious about this title since viewing the video. Sort of reminds me of Diablo meets Super Smash Brother meets Contra. Seems you have character level progression, and gear/equipment drops. Anyone know when this is scheduled for release?
