in Final Fantasy XI

Hi

I'm thinking about playing FF11 while waiting for FF14. With game world would be the best to start in?

Also, I've been reading about jobs etc and I understood the Red Mage is the best solo'er who is also the most usefull at endgame. Is this statement correct?

    Any server is fine really. There is no "best" one.

     

    Don't pick a job based whatever other reason than besides it's fun and you enjoy it. RDM is not the best soloer until it hits 75 and you have to level multiple subjobs to make it work. I don't know about the most useful. If you mean just being a healer and partial support, then sure. There are lots of useful jobs for endgame.

    Don't be modest ... server list goes as follows:

    1. Kujata

    2. Everything else

    3. Odin/Bahamut (b/c they should still be closed to new people, but if they arn't they they are up at #2)

    4. Asura
