World Of Warcraft and Aion are doing great money wise charging a montly fee. Other than those 2 I really dont know.
I wouldn't doubt if IGG was in the top 5 with the way they keep sucking money out from the top item mall spenders in voyage century, lol it's ridiculous.
In EU/NA it is still the P2P games that cash in the most money, particulary Blizzard.
In asia however it is the F2P games that gets the money, most players there spend more money on items than they would on a F2P game. And that is of course the reason why there is so many P2P games.
On the third note did Arenanet do pretty well without it's monthly fees, but that is of course since GW really is made more like a regular multiplayer game and don't uses so much servers and bandwidth together with selling a load of games and expansions. I am not sure how they will pull things of with GW2 since it will be a more classic MMO but they seems to know what they are doing.
