Blizzard is already concentrating on another MMO, so why haven't they already gone Free 2 Play...hmmm??

My guess would be because that other MMO isn't out yet to produce any revenue for them so WoW is their big source of money. I've seen this free to play come up a bit all over the place it wouldn't surprise me if they did allow free play onces the game was old and past its prime after their next MMO is out.

If they make it free to play then they don't have to commit to it anymore development wise and they won't have to make updates. In turn their development team will be focusing on the other MMO which will have their core revenue by that time. I don't honestly know if this will happen but since you lack the common sense to understand that WoW is their revenue right now and not the 'new MMO' and that is why they havent made it free yet, then I tried to lay it out for you.

drbaltazar - the Dragon Soul was created by Neltharion. The Dragon Soul became the Demon Soul when Neltharion was driven insane by the Old Gods and he became Deathwing.

Deathwing was last seen in Warcraft 2 but is still alive(another twist that surely further upset SuperHans) and is hiding beneath Grim Batol. The quest line in Netherwing Ledge and the new book Night of the Dragon reveal this.

Deathwing will likely be an update boss in the Maelstrom expansion. He's a classic Warcraft villain but not expansion worthy.

The dreadlords - like Mal'ganis - don't die, just returns to the Twisting Nether. We have fought with Mal'ganis in Icecrown in WotLK...

Aegwynn didn't kill Sargeras, just his avatar - and that avatar is in the Tomb of Sargeras. The Dark Titan himself didn't come to Azeroth in the past.

edit: Xiaoki, Aegwynn wasn't pregnant when she had fought with the Avatar of Sargeras. Medivh was born 1200 years after that fight...

oo k ty for precision ,tho one question wasnt the dragon soul corrupted by the horde at some point i guess i ll have to read this again lol.so you dont agre that when neltharion became evil is a good chunk worthy of an expension .then like you say it will probably be included in maelstrom or an update like uduar,or 3.2

i d love to go back in time lot of shit turn loose because of him ,almost 60 % of bad stuff in fact is because of him or his mate lol

no its true even in the book they speak about what happened to medivh, his mother faught the one you speak of she thot she defeated him but at the last second he went in to the body of her to be born child ,the evil waited till medivh became powerfull enough to be of worth to the corrupter inside medivh then he had plenty of time while he was in the lonelly tower to move away from medivh ,medivh was solo for a very long time what happened there nobody knows which was why the city of sorcerer sent a student to find out by the time he was there it was already too late everything had been done

Nope, the dragon soul was cursed by the 4 "good" Dragon aspects, so that no dragon could ever wield it again. Because of it's power it was then called the Demon soul, for been such an evil device. Deathwing (Neltharion) pointed the Orcs of Grim Batol towards the device, since he couldn't wield it anymore and the Orcs then used it to enslave Alexstrasza so they could control her drakes and use them against the Alliance.

I'm also wondering if we'll ever find out who the Infinite Dragonflight are, that you encounter in the Caverns of Time. They say it is actually the Bronze Dragonflight and his leader that have gone evil after a while, but i would love to find out more about them :)

mm kind of weird in the book she say to her sorcerer friend (witch is from the city of sorcerer that medivs is his child)

you cant rely on the total time medivs or his mother live tho because they are blessed with long life since medivs and his mother are the guardien,i dont know how long they can live but since its the sorcerer witcvh embued her i bet medivs and his mother could live a very long time

According to some "leaked" info I saw(many say it's fake) the next expansion is not only the maelstrom but will also include the emerald dream all in a single expansion.

The maelstrom will also feature some old world zones that aren't in the game. Such as Gilneas. Back in the day it used to be possible to get over the wall(some who run private servers also ported in) and there is a city back there. The people turn into worgen at night. So I believe this zone and city will launch with the expansion but the worgen only only be NPC's and not a playable race. I would not expect to see a new race at all. But instead only a single hero class. Likely a ranger.

    Tribes 2 is back!!!! http://www.tribesnext.com/
And from the makers of tribes: Fallen Empire: Legions http://www.instantaction.com/

It's actually spelled 'The Maelstrom'. And no, Blizzard never confirmed those two races. Mere speculation.

Draenai and Blood Elves were Speculation once upon a time too until Blizzard gave up the ghost so to speak

Well just read lore and ask yourself the question what dragon presence would have the MOST to gain from messing with the timeline. Keeping in mind they've tried to Off the Proudmoore lineage AND Thrall himself, So it's neither Horde nor Alliance affliated.

As for those wondering about Emerald Dream, Shan'do Stormrage is locked in a perpetual dream state as the Emerald Dream is infected by something.  Those who've been to Mt. Hyjal in the caverns of time KNOW what it is.

A Roleplaying Game is a game where players actually play some role, you actually think you play any role in wow? Its all predetermined and we dont feel we made a difference, with the exception of the Death Knight starting area, now that is a concept they should expand

OMG...::shoots self::   what is it with the grammar Nazis and typos Nazis lately.    I am constantly making typos...anyone who reads my post knows this.   I sometimes type faster than my fingers and brain communicate - so sue me.

Everyone makes mistakes writing, but some of us care enough to spell check, at least. When I see someone with a post full of misspellings and run-on sentences I take it for what it's worth - a post by someone who can't join 2 thoughts together and probably doesn't even care.

Calling people who do care about good, clear communication 'Nazis' is just about putting down people you think are better than you, so you think you have to denigrate them to compete. You are the very kind of person responsible for the degradation of respect for intelligence and thinking in the world. You put us down because, bottom line, you don't think you can measure up. We who might point out a spelling error are basically telling you "yes, you CAN measure up, and we expect you to". We actually have a higher opinion of you than YOU do.

As you said in your way, it is common to make mistakes when typing. I'm not a good typist and my thoughts flow far faster, myself; I probably had to correct some 20 typing errors in writing this post. However, I care enough about getting my point across to try to put my best foot forward and, most importantly, to communicate in a clear way. I care enough about my own self-image to want to spell words like 'Maelstrom' and 'Stromgarde' correctly - and many WoW players do misspell these words - so I'm grateful if someone gives me a 'heads up' about a misspelling.

I reason like this: if I know I made a mistake, I can correct it; if I don't, i keep making the same mistake.

In light of how many people misspell 'Maelstrom' I don't think it is unreasonable to assume that you actually thought it should be spelled that way, and it wasn't just a typo. Regardless, a 'my bad' would have garnered a lot more respect form me than the name-calling you stooped to.

    ;)

Taurens look horrible? Maybe to you, but I can assure you that there are plenty of people out there who think they look awesome in their own distinct way (if you're looking for Barbie the priest and Ken the paladin on the other hand, you might be disappointed with the Tauren).

Heh, and what would be the big problem with goblins? Let's see... put a gnome on a diet, paint him green and stretch his nose and ears? Did I miss anything? Sure, the goblin might look a bit funny or goofy in certain kind of gear, but that's sorta what they look like to begin with right? And couldn't they look pretty badass in other kinds of gear? You know... the guy in black who brings death by flaming daggers from behind and all that.

Naga would require more work given their non-humanoid nature, that I agree with. It would take a lot of work to adjust all the gear already in the game, not to mention things like dance emotes and what not. That's why I don't think we will see 'em as a player race. However, I still think they could look awesome as a player race if the right amount of work is put into it.

Emerald Dream and the Malestrom (sp).

two more Expansions and maybe 3 more Hero classes and four races.

Basically WoW should stop its leveling at 100.

Something the devs hinted at back in Beta.... Yes I beta tested WoW.

    Playing: EvE, Ryzom

Yes, 100 has been hinted at back in beta from what I can gather... but if the market craves 110 and it looks like there's decent money to be made by fulfilling that demand, do you think they'll just stop at 100 anyway, because that's what they originally intendede back in the days where they had no clue that WoW would become this big?

I mean, this is Blizzard. They're already trying to milk the cash cow as it is, so why not continue if it looks feasible?

To be honest, the only thing looking good in that picture is the head of the goblin and I'm not exactly a huge fan of goblins in general. Stick that outfit on Mr. Universe and it'll still look like garbage. Oh, and I wouldn't for the life of me use that bow on my hunter alt even if it was a tier 200 super deluxe legendary mythical unique epic bow that could one shot a whole raid instance by pressing auto attack. Well... okay... maybe I would use it for that one second, but only when nobody is looking, that's for sure
