Questions about PVP and non-PVP servers

I have a few questions about the PVP and non-PVP servers:

Is it PVP-ing everywhere in the map on the PVP servers (Alliance vs. Horde)?
Can you create a character on the non-PVP and transer it to the PVP servers when it's strong enough?
Can you kill players in some areas on the non-PVP server?

And...
When u make a new character on the PVP server, ur lvl. 7, and you pass by a human who is lvl. 50...
Can the human attack you? I suppose this is somewhere on www.worldofwarcraft.com, but i don't find it...

I think the "pvp servers" tend to confusion for WoW...

1) there's pvp everywhere in the map on both "pvp" & "non-pvp" servers.

2) No you can't transfer chars.

3) Yes you can kill another player (the other faction only, even on pvp server cauz they didn't implemented "open pvp" yet) when the other player actually flagged himself for pvp.

4) only if your on the horde side

for the last question, he can kill you, but I read somewhere that he will lose fame points.

fame points can be earned by killing players of equal level, and they reduce the cost of vendor items.

I don't know anything about fame, but on a non pvp server the only way you can attack a player is through a duel, or if you flag yoursef for pvp you can be attacked.

On a non pvp server, you are always flagged for pvp. Therefore you can be attacked at any time by the opposing faction. You can still duel the same faction if you wish to fight them.

As for transfering a strong character to a pvp server after you've carebeared it up to level 40, I have nothing more to say to you other than grow some freaking balls. You want to attack other players you can start from the bottom just like everyone else.
