Final Call For Membership

Back in January Ellcrys started recruiting for World of Warcraft and today we are putting out the final call for members as we have few spots remaining.

To be considered for membership you must be 18 or older (21+ preferred), mature, and dedicated to helping guildmates.
*********************************************
We are an Alliance only guild.

You can make Horde toons if you want but we're fairly certain you can't group Horde with Alliance and no Horde will be allowed to wear the guild tag regardless of whether it is possible or not.

We plan to choose a HvA Server, not a PvE server.

*********************************************
We aren't a HUGE guild.

We are a mid-sized guild with a cap of 50 members and currently have room for only 10 more. 99%+ of us are experienced MMORPG players and have been in large guilds (100+) and have felt lost in a crowd. Ellcrys is happy to be mid-sized and to feel like an extended family.

We don't charge people.

We don't have requirements on play time or roleplaying or collect ingame payments or anything absurd like that.

Members are free to play as much or as little as they'd like provided that they are mature and focused on helping guildmates when in game, not on what the guild can do for them.

What about guild structure?

Our leadership structure is very "even". 99% of the decisions made by the guild are made the membership as a whole on our guild forum and every member has one vote.

We do have a "High Council" who occasionally vote on big decisions but these positions are all tied to in-game positions of responsibility (such as Tank Vaultkeeper, Master Blacksmith, etc.)

Are you in open recruitment?

We are *VERY* choosy about our membership, especially with our number of open spots going down and open beta and retail fast approaching.

Not all who apply will be recruited, I'm sorry to say, but I encourage you to consider us carefully if you meet the entry requirements.
