LF: 2D or 2,5D/ FAST paced/ PvE focused/ not quest-driven game

Okay, the title is self explanatory but i will say a lil more:

Graphics: I love 2D-2,5D plus the locked "sky" camera. It improves the gameplay so much to me and i'm a bit tired of the repetitive 3D experience. Please note that by saying 2D i don't mean old-crappy graphics, 2D can look pretty nice too.

Combat: FAST PACED, this is majoritary for me. If possible, fast paced from the beggining, i hate to start in a new game and attack like a freaking turtle as an assassin for example. Also needs to have some player skill in the combat system.

PvE/PvP: I prefer to PvM or to kill a Boss, both grouping, so the monsters/bosses need to have some challenge and variety. I don't mind to PvP while playing, unless its a senseless gankfest. I do like smart PvP, like AV and GvG from Wow and GW, respectively.

Quests: Hate questing nowadays. I'm a huge fan of the old sandbox MMORPG's like UO, etc. I understand that since WoW it's hard to find a game that isn't focused on questing, but i want a game where i can decide where to go with my friends and get rewards for exploring different dungeons and maps. Quests can be in the game, but not thousands and pointless ones but, instead, harder and immersive, that the player needs to discover by himself each step.

Other Aspects: I Don't mind grinding, but it needs at least to be fun; i'd like some good community, it don't need to be mature but i don't want any anal jokes in the general chat, just ppl that want to group and help each other; i'm a lil bit tired to the common fantasy genre so a more medieval (UO), darker (Dark Eden) or even sci-fi theme would be great; other great aspects of a MMO such as good crafting system, player driven economy, immersive history, beautiful UI, no lag and etc. are all welcome.

Some simmilar games that come to my mind now are Ragnarok Online, Ultima Online and Dark Eden, but these are too outdated and they don't have enough players to provide a satisfying experience currently.

Hehe, i just described the perfect game for me. I know it'll be impossible to find a game that fits in everything that I said but i'm willing to give a chance to any game that comes at least close to my description or has at least some of the four major aspects that i listed here. Waiting for answers, ty guys =P.
