Lost my mass effect PC key, and EA reissued me another!

After 4 days of jumping through hoops with having visual proof i own the disk, manual and case, EA issued me a NEW mass effect key after I told them the truth, that i lost my original.. wow i did NOT expect that outcome..

Im glad it turned out good. It seems EA is not such a big boogeyman like many ppl believe...
Yeah, they definitely turned around, Activision-Blizzard, on the other hand, has become the new one.

They kicked Brutal Legends out of the company and told them to screw off, hoping no one would pick them up. EA comes along and picks them up, so activision-blizzard decides to sue EA and Doublefine studios because its still "their game", and tried to postpone its release.
Oh, and the ungodly amount of unneccesary "Hero" games they are making, namely guitar hero, band hero, DJ Hero, they workin on a Drum Hero as we speak, and god knows that Triangle Hero is on the way too.

Yep, Activision did well in getting together with Blizzard. Theres no other company out there in the world that knows how to squeeze ppls pockets like they do. God bless them...
I too have been very surprised with my dealings with EA recently. I play a few EA games and was half expecting the usual standard replies without any thought but they have generally tried to solve my problems.
I've always said its a hit and miss when dealing with some gaming companies CSR's and its just luck if you get a CSR who wants to help and has a high standard of knowledge. (I base my experience on good and bad Csr's from SOE and Mythic.)
