Didn't need to.  I had the Open Beta Client since last week thanks to Malk and the BloodClan.

 Yeah I am a master power-refresher. I tried alot of tricks, ran into a few problems, but in the end... I got the key.

 Anyways, do you HAVE to download the game from fileplanet? I got the World of Warcraft stress test client that was last week along with their latest patch.

You still need a key. Can't do anything with the client if you can't log in. :P

Didn't get anything and I don't care because Retail is in two weeks and I have my receipt for preordering the collectors edition pinned on the wall of my bed room. Have fun in Open Beta and good luck if you are still looking into making that MMORPG.com clan.

Oh wait, I'm not giving up, yet. Blizzard is probably going to hand out more keys this week. Maybe on Thursday. Veteran's Day for those of you who haven't discovered the calendar or who just flat out haven't been paying attention.

yup the majority of keys will prob be given out by blizzard this fileplanet thing was hype... still everyone fell for it like little rabid puppy dogs.

Power refreshing causes high bandwitch strain on the host site and is probably why the main Blizzard page is down

I got a key but i cant get a the download to play the beta. I tried downloading it from 6 different sites and they all stop when they reach about 57% with a message saying that the download is outdated.
