Quote system in Enhanced Editor needs revamping

Anyone else getting frustrated with the "Enhanced" editor in regards to quotes?

- [quote] tag should be a standard command, or at least a button added for it

- When you want to quote something that already contains a quote pyramid, it's a pain to remove the quotes you don't want to include in order to keep the one you want (usually the latest).  If try to remove a quote within a quote, the later just gets added to the previous.  It shouldn't take 10 min of fighting with quote boxes or moving to the BBML in order to edit out quotes you don't want.

- CTRL+B/U/I should be permitted to be enabled BEFORE you type a word that you want to apply the effect to.  As it stands you have to type the word, highlight it, then hit the button

I'm using Chrome, so I'm not sure if these even plague other browsers.

My gripes with the quote -system:

1. It's possible to accidentally delete the line you're supposed to write to. As a result, it becomes impossibe to write anywhere but inside the quote -box

2. Pressing enter inside a quote-box sometimes creates a line-break, sometimes it creates completely new quote-box. I'm not sure what it depends on, but there was only one message I quoted and I've now accidentally created 3 extra quote boxes while editing my message

I'm also using Google Chrome
