Game installation help for windows 7

This is more of a software problem than hardware  but I have recently purched The Witcher  and tried to install it on my new computer but after instillation i get a error that says " Insufficient privileges: you must be administrator when you run this application fr the first time." now i only have  one profile that is set on admisitrator when i click on set up i click on Run as administrator yet it still gives me the same error and this is not the first game i tried to install and got this error . i went through the google searches and windows help site with  nothing working  so if anyone has had and resolved this problem that would be a big help thanks.

    He had a similar problem and says it was fixed after patching.

    Try installing to some directory other than the C:Program Files directory.

    This game will install but not run properly on windows 7 I eventually gave up you need to install it as administrator so it will install and then you need to complete all the patches

     

    After that I run the game but usually its a 50/50 sometimes it will run or not at all you have to wait for so long fo it to start up in the end the game stared hanging everytime I try to load a game I just gave up

     

    this is the normal version I dont know if the Enchaced edition works better but sadly It wont work on mine
