Lost my cd key thanks to chrome crash.

Like to topic says, I was creating an account while the game was downloading, and at the point where I needed to submit my personal data and proceed, it crashed twice, and now it says "

No offer found for given key

Check that you have typed it correctly

Please contact Customer Support for further assistance

 

I already sent mail to support, but I'm interested to know that has this happened to anyone else before? and If so did funcom do anything about it? and how long it took to get an answer?

it actually happened to my brother 4 days ago when he bough the original games, so he ended up buying 2 games. Googled chrome just crashed..
