Is this why they need our CC?

Sorry for making another thread for this topic, but I have risked it and registered for the beta 
From what I found, i think its just marketing stuff, why they need our CC, especialy the one called " press this button to preorder " 
dunno what more do i have to say.. i have spoken with the guy from the mxo team and i was told we should not be worried about any trouble connected to our CC cards.. when the beta ends, all accounts will be wiped out and thus it is no need to worry that they will charge you when the game begins... you need to buy the game first and get the retail key to create an account. Beta account wont be transfered.
Hope this helps some of you who are still not decided..
btw.. i they have testing shedule?! LOL 12am - 12pm 
i am from Slovakia and my time is different so i couldnt play yeasterday, but now i am waiting for 12am of EST time to finaly give it a try

Lol its a trick into making people buy the preorder.
That is such a scam.
marketing BS.
They make it so its like "Hey joe, how many times you think those fools will press the preorder button trying to join the game" "I think alot of them will mike, make sure you put the button is a nice spot that will trick them all the time" "yeah joe I will get their credit card info when they sign up, this way when they click the button they automatically get billed for the preorder" "good idea mike".
It would be LOL if the preorder was non refundable once you ordered it. Or at least if it said it was.
yeah, the scheduling part is a pbit fruity to me.
It's pretty funny to know that their servers have hardly had any players on it from 12 am to 12 pm PST. Not a very smart move....I can see some very serious problems in release.
R1tual..I have to agree with ya on that one. Just too much of a coincedence that the Pre-order button is in the beta panel. lol. I knew it was just more than a "we wanna make sure you're over 18" clause.

btw... the shedule 12am - 12pm is strickt.. the servers are just down or closed the other 12 hours
