Umm Iam not sure, but whats makes these features stand out from what other sandbox mmorpgs offer?
They basically remade EVE except I couldn't play for more than an hour because it's horrendously slow and sloppy. EVE has one og the best interface designs ever and it needs it.. the gameplay isn't overly involving most the time, but Perp basically takes the EVE formula, and then removes the good parts.

But the robots are cool...
can't agree.
surely eve is more advanced but perpetuum is in quite a good state for a freshly released game. as much i love eve and played it for years yet pvp was just too much about gate camping overall..i just could never go active in eve again after playing darkfall where i experienced hunting the pray, make use of terrain and the like :P
+ NO LOCAL CHAT "radar" :P
i think these 2 facts make perpetuum more superior for me as you very likely will have to roam for pvp and can make use of the terrain more and don't have a local "radar" chat. may not sound like much but for me these 2 things killed eve over the time :P
