Do I need a super computer to run this?

So this game has awesome graphics, but I have an intel pentium dual core computer.. i know thats weak, but will it run this game?

what's the ideal processor for this game too?

Well, there's a LOT more to do with it than just the processor and you didn't even list a speed.

Okay well I actually have a intel core duo 2 processor not pentium

CPU Properties: CPU Type DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo, 2200 MHz CPU

I am asking this question because I play Aion and I need to play on the lowest settings, but it still lags.

You'll be running Tera on its lowest settings. My god man invest in an awesome PC, they're so cheap

I played Tera fine on a mix of low and medium settings on:

Intel Core2 Duo 2.2 Ghz

2G RAM memory

512MB Nvidia 8600 GTS

It wouldn't hurt to upgrade to a video card that is at least competitive with modern integrated graphics.  Or better yet, a $70 card actually meant for gaming on a budget.
