How to Verify your per-order beta Key

I posted this once before, but for those who missed it, hope this helps...

OK, so here is some valuable informaiton for those of you who are waiting on you Pre-order beta keys.

I called SOE @ SOE Support - 858.537.0898 (this is a call to SanDiego, CA so call at your own risk of long distance charges)

Select Tech Support option

Choose Option 9 in the their menu (option 9 is all other games)

Once I had the rep on the phone I was able to give him my SOE station name and he was able to verify my status for Beta and let me know where I was at in the process. It at least re-assured me that they recieve my scan without issue and it was being processed.

    Just to add to it, if you're really afraid of a long distance charge (and you're in the US or Canada)  just use google talk.  Word.

    Or just use your cell when you have free nights and weekends.

    If you only submitted once, submit it again, just to be sure.  Also make sure the attachments is less than 2 MB. I suggest that you also open a ticket and upload your receipt image with that.  That way when you call, if they can't find it with the other submissions you can refer them to the ticket.

    Also, be polite.  The support people are stuck in the middle of it, and I don't think they were ever supposed to be part of the process.  Threatening them with order concellation will not likely do any good, but being nice may get them to go out of their way for you.
