MY WOW STOPPED WORKING? Help?

Hi guys when I click on wow I get the loading sign and then it goes away and nothing happens. If I try to launch the game from wow.exe it goes I log in then it says patch required forcing me to exit? Can someone help me this is from a new 8MB Patch or something, has always worked fine till now.
