Key already in use

Anyone else having this issue? I input my key from the station site and it gave me an error saying that it could not be processed right now. So, I tried again a few minutes later and it said that my key was already in use. I checked my account and it doesn't show anywhere that I have a dcuo sub; I also tried it from the launcher and it says I need a subscription to play. My key was from D2D.

Oh how I hope I haven't been SOE'd.

Had same worries. Here's what I did:

 

Go to Subscriptions via Station.com. It will show no subscription for DCU.

Click SUBSCRIBE.

Choose a payment method.

When you go to finalize you will see (as I did) the cost turn to $0.00 with (previously $14.99) next to it in red.

Subscribe and get your free month.

This seems to be an issue with D2D as i have similar problems, my key is invalid according to the launcher. Might be a Database error from SoE side. We just have to wait a while and see.

 

 

EDIT

Can confirm that it works. If you at some point have enterd your key in to the launcher you just need to set up a subscription even if the key say invalid or allready in use.

Ah, that's the problem; it doesn't even show DCUO on my subscriptions info page - I have some old games listed there with the subscribe button, but DCUO doesnt show up anywhere.

I have exactly the same problem with my D2D key.  In my list of games it does not show DCUO at all so am unable to set up a sub.

My D2D key constantly says invalid and when I go to subscribe it wants to charge me 39.99 to purchase the game?? 

Now if I try to enter my key I get this error "We're sorry, due to a technical issue that action can't be completed right now. We are working hard to get it fixed. Please try again soon!"

That is strange as i got mine from steam and the key activated with not requireing payment option and it shows in subs.

I would check with d2d,   sounds like a huge problem on their end.   I had issue getting stuff from them before as in buying the game and not getting a sub to it.

I have to talk to Sony, just read D2D's support thing which says...

"For any support needs for this game and registration or account creation please go to http://www.soe.com/en/support/" 

:S yay got to wait 5 hours for sony support to wake up :S

I did only add the venom key from steam thats the extra item you get from preordering . I needed to set up a sub first after that i didnt have any problems with getting the key inserted and it did show up as playable .

Ummm... Oh fuck I think I just bought the game again... FML. I tried what you said thinking there would a second page asking if I wanted to confirm and then it just automaticly bought the game. Oh my fuck
