Where do i find my buddy key?

So umm, i see people asking for buddy invites etc. so i tought i was gonna invite my friend but i cant find anywhere that i have a buddy key/invite =/

 

Is this only for NA players or people who bought on special places etc?  If not where can i find the buddy key?
