What do you watch/listen to when gaming?

Been one of those people who spends many hours gaming i do find it gets a touch boring from time to time. Playing a couple of mmorpg often means fight through this for another day. so my question is this. what do you watch/listen to when you hit the grind?

 

recently ive found a website that links all sorts of comedys on youtube, stand ups  etc etc but supprisingly it has some hugh names dong stand up that i ever knew about like jim carry and eddy murphy, 2 of the natrally funniest people on the plant doing stand up from their younger days before they was famous

ive found many hours entertainment of this site so i thought id share it, i personally like the jim carry stand up.

    Music. Rdio.com is an excellent service for it as well. 5 bucks a month stream whatever you want.

    I usually watch something like Stargate SG-1 or NCIS. I can listen to it and pay a bit of attention to it should I be farming or running some place.

    I tend to keep the game sounds and game music on while I watch the game I am playing.  I have a TV next to my PC but I never turn it on unless its for UFC or PS3,  and then I stop playing on the PC.

    I tend to listen to anything progressive if Ive already heard the games music and didnt like it.

    Usually cartoons on the tv or history channel or comedy central.  Or dvr'ed wrestling if I haven't watched it yet.

    Seriously, i easily get distracted when gaming this is the reason why i turn everything off (TV, DVD player, heck even the lights since my flourescent light keeps on flickering)

    I don't listen to any music when I hit the grinding stage, I just watch movies or sometimes play with my psp.

    Whenever I' grinding, I usually listen to songs by Enya, I don't but her songs simply soothes my mind. There are times that it also makes me inspired that's why killing 100 monsters is nothing with me.^^

    usually every time I am playing with my favorite MMORPG game I just listen to jazz music, so I can relax even I am stress about grinding and some of the jackass player in that game. But if I’m in the bad mood I need some rock music to be more aggressive. Haha

    I tend to listen to epic classical music when I play. Mainly Nox Arcana, Magnus Christensen and Ryan Franks, Two Steps from Hell, John Williams, and Russel Browers compilations on the WoW soundtracks. I also run my television and the game sounds behind the music. I like to multi-task. ^.^

    anime songs ^^ you could also try grinding with a little screen on the corner of your screen for movies. if i'm so bored grinding, i activate auto-battle and just play with my psp

    Change the ballast (transformer) in your light.  It will stop flickering.

    No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-
