Anyone remember what game this cover is from?

A long time ago (like mid/late 90s..maybe even 2000ish) this game came out that had the below imagine on the cover:

 

It was a 3D,first person RPG.... for the life of me I cannot remember what it is called.I was thinking it started with a W... WItching, Watcher, or something like that but alas Google has no help. Anyone remember what it's called? It's been driving me crazy for about a month now.
