I just noticed the Dawntide forum got addedto MMORPG. I tried to go to their forums to check their current status, but my antivirus (e-set) blocked the website.

I'm not sure if this is related to the forum spam that Rohn mentioned, but I'd appreciate if someone knows the cause and could post it (and post when it gets fixed)

I only see one comment in their forums with that problem, which is 44 days old, so it might not have anything to do with the spamming they were having problems with over the last week.  Unfortunately, that post never got a response, so no solution listed.

There are some other complaints about the formatting of the new website not working correctly with different browsers, and some regarding account management, but I have no idea if that would have anything to do with the issue you're having.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I can't look at the link you provided (without disabling my antivirus)

However, I did find it on google ( www.dawntide.net/forum/topic/1007087 ) although still unable to look at it. I'm willing to disable my anti-virus for trusted programs, but not for a website.

I may try looking at their site from my laptop this afternoon (using a different antivirus) but could you relay to the devs/forums that the website is still having problems with anti-virus programs.

    Lindraskada

Finally convinced it to ignore the domain, but its giving virus warnings for the launcher and the website/forums, to the extent that when i tried to get on to them it was saying the whole domain was blocked due to being suspect with no way around it.

I know im not the only one affected by this since the change, but i dont know if there is something that can be done at this end to sort it out ?

I’m using Nod32 as well. It wont even let me download the file from the webpage to try to install.

Working as Intended should contact Eset about their product NOD32. It completely blocks anything of this game and it is frustrating for newcomers.
