My post has been flagged as spam?

I just signed up here so I could make a thread in the hardware forum.  I spent an hour carefully typing out a a thread and then when I went to post it it told me "Your post has been flagged as spam."  Does this mean my new thread made it onto the forum and a moderator has to mark it as not being spam, or does this mean that my new thread didnt even make it to the forum?

Edit:  Alright apparantly I'm not allowed to post links as a new member to these forums, tried again after unlinking all the hardware I listed and it worked.

    All that meant was that you need to prove you were human by correctly responding to the Captcha code.

    It wasn't giving me an option to put in a captcha code with that post.  I think it probably had to do with the fact that I had no previous posts and I had something like 9 links to different pieces of hardware on tigerdirect and newegg so it thought I was a spam bot.
