NCSoft Launcher Issue

First I would like to say that NCSoft tech support is ablsolutly terribad. I've sent at least four emails now and have gotten automated messages everytime with the issue I am having so i resorted to this fourm hoping someone may have had the same problem that I'm having.

 

Ok I had downloaded the NCSoft Launcher to play L2 F2P and run the setup everythings running fine then all of a sudden i get a windows error. And when ever i try and start the game this error pops up. I've tried multiple things to try and fix this and nothing has worked so I'm hoping one of you guys/gals have run into the same problem.

 

I'm running windows 7 64bit and thats the only thing i could think of that is screwing with this launcher otherwise im clueless.

I ran it in Windows 7 64-bit fine although I vaguely remember having to mess about with it to get it to work. Try running it in administrator mode or disable your firewall while you run it.

I think im just going to reformat my hard drive i think the problem im having is i have another game with different framework and its just messing with it because i had Aion on my computer before and it worked perfectly fine and now nothing works with NCSoft.
